The Wellness Walk and Talk program runs for six x 90 minute sessions over 12 weeks and includes:

  • Talks on a range of health topics
  • Help setting achievable, motivating health goals
  • Share experiences in a supportive group of women
  • Enjoy a 30 minute group walk each fortnight
  • Small groups – only 10 places available
