What does the 12-week program include?

  • One x initial 60-90 minute session where we get crystal clear on the key wellness issues and areas you want to work on, create your wellness vision (how you’d like to look at feel at your optimal level of health and wellness) and set your action plan including specific, measurable, realistic, three-month and weekly goals. Prior to this session you will complete and return a wellness assessment.
  • 11  x 45 minute (or 5 x 90 minute) weekly Skype or telephone calls*: these sessions are designed to maintain your motivation, keep you accountable and inspired, overcome challenges and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small – something most of us aren’t used to doing!
  • Email support between sessions
  • One 20-minute follow up call a month after the program ends
  • Resources and tools tailored to your individual needs e.g. understanding and working with your signature strengths; improving happiness; working with positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishments. I can also refer you to specialists providing complementary services e.g. personal trainers, dietitians/nutritionists, naturopaths, clinical hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, EFT practitioners, massage therapists, yoga teachers etc if required.
  • An essential oil blend specifically for your needs: essential oils can help in many areas of daily life e.g. balancing hormones, enhancing energy, relieving sore muscles & joints, helping us feel more positive etc.

The program will help you to connect (or reconnect) with what’s really important to you in relation to your health, wellbeing and life, and get crystal clear on why it’s important, which helps you to make the right choices for you. You’ll learn how to use your strengths to overcome challenges & barriers, enjoy celebrating each small win, and feel motivated and inspired to reach your goals. And as you start creating and living the healthy lifestyle you want, you’ll feel energised, confident, happy, healthy and more in control of your health.

2. Other Coaching Programs

Focus! Program

The four-week Focus! program is a more concentrated, intensive version of Connect Inspire Flourish and is ideal if you’re generally happy with your health and wellbeing and just want to tweak or improve minor aspects.  The four-week program includes:

  • One x initial 60-90 minute session where we get crystal clear on the key wellness issues and areas you want to work on, create your wellness vision (how you’d like to look at feel at your optimal level of health and wellness) and set your action plan including specific, measurable, realistic, three-month and weekly goals. Prior to this session you will complete and return a wellness assessment.
  • Three x 45-60 minute weekly Skype or telephone calls*: these sessions are designed to maintain your motivation, keep you accountable, focus on using strengths to overcome challenges and importantly, celebrate your achievements.
  • Email support between sessions
  • One 15-minute follow up call a month after the program ends
  • Resources and tools tailored to your individual needs e.g. understanding and working with your signature strengths; improving happiness; working with positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishments. I can also refer you to specialists providing complementary services e.g. personal trainers, dietitians/nutritionists, naturopaths, clinical hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, EFT practitioners, massage therapists, yoga teachers etc if required.
  • Note: the four-week program does not include an essential oil

3. One-off Sessions, Group Coaching and Vision/Action boarding Workshops

Please contact me for information about other options including one-off coaching sessions, group coaching (including Wellness Walk and Talk) and vision/action boarding workshops. Group coaching is a great option if you want something more affordable and have a group of people wanting to work on a similar area: e.g. managing stress, getting better life balance, losing weight etc.
