I'm working on new newsletter/blog posts and coaching programs based on the valuable feedback you provided in my survey!

If you’ve just joined us, welcome! And a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to my health and wellbeing survey. Here’s a wee peak into the results:

52% of survey respondents are aged 45 – 49
22.5% are 50-54
5% are 55-59
17.5% are 60-64
2.5% are 65+

Your biggest health concerns include excess weight, pain and mobility issues, low energy levels and lack of fitness, while your top health and wellness goals are being more active/feeling fitter, achieving a healthy weight, eating more healthily, getting better sleep and managing pain.

“Websites” is well in the lead in terms of where you prefer to find your health and wellbeing information (82.5%) followed by friends (52.5%), face to face info from an expert (50%), social media (37.5%) and magazines (27.5%). Surprisingly, ebooks (5%), videos (10%), webinars (15%) and workshops (17.5%) rated lowest among the participants.Your responses are really valuable in helping me put together newsletter/blog posts and coaching programs that will make a real difference to your health and wellbeing (keep an eye out for some of these in March).
